@TalbertSwan @Xfinity Dealt with them yesterday. Their automated system is bad, plus it's almost impossible to get a live operator and when you do, their agents are the worst. At&t's speed is slower in my area speed but I don't care...I switched

@Xfinity @conangray @pandoramusic Xfinity is a horrible company. Please stay away from using them. They will not take accountability for their mistakes and have continued to fail to make things right. There is a lack of urgency, knowledge in their stores and in their call centers. Horrible experience since day 1.

@VerbalCreative Comcast is cable and Century Link is DSL. Although, it should be noted, it's an entirely different problem now. The internet speeds we are getting are indeed the speeds we're paying for this time. But the catch is, the modem just stops working throughout the day randomly.

@comcast Hi, I *constantly get a VM-16 error when trying to access my On Demand service. It's getting old. I would love for it to either get fixed or to be compensated.

@mindyisser I mean, he could be a software developer, getting every question about why Windows update or the Comcast router is on the fritz. Just saying, I feel his pain. Was doing tech support for my out-laws until ex remarried...another computer guy, thank God!
